"Expect the unexpected."

It was Friday when I came home tired and grumpy. I was sick that day and still, it’s a no-excuse for a student like me. Dad was waiting for me in front of our house, I was a bit surprised because I know something was going on. Haha. But the thing I know was dad sold my phone and bought me a new cheap one.

I remember before buying my Corby, I read some reviews and none of it was negative. I got too excited so my dad bought one for me right away. Two weeks passed and I really hated it, the touch screen was too sensitive and it was so hard to text. You really have to use only your thumb or else you will aim at the wrong button. O_O I asked some Samsung users that I’m really close with if there’s a problem with their phone. They said they suck, big time. They were encountering the same problem: Messages get delayed and then abruptly they get loaded in the inbox. And the lock key is beside the camera’s shutter button. Seriously? It would be even better if the shutter button was on the screen. *rolls eyeballs*

Going back to the scenario, my dad said he already bought a phone which was the same as his. With a straight, emotionless face, I said nothing and tried looking for my “new phone”. He left his phone on the dining table upside down. “This is my phone?” I asked my dad. “Yeah.” He kid. I pressed the unlock button and saw his Kiss (the band) wallpaper. Then I was like, “Nasaan na kasi?”. He began to pull out my phone out of the Nokia paper bag and I was super shocked because I didn’t expect him to buy me new phone again. So yay!

I tried to explore it a little bit and saw my first inbox message. It was from my dad saying, “Hello anak, happy ka na? I love you so much.” I was so touched and I hugged him and told him I love him. <3

New Section, New Phone

Oopsy. I’m sorry for not updating my blog for so looong. I’ve been very busy lately. But if you want to keep in touch just visit my Twitter. And by the way, I changed my username from “allana07″ to “am7chord” just to add a little flavor in it, because Am7 is my favorite guitar chord. :)

My first week of classes went out greater than I expected. Ahaha. My homeroom teacher (or adviser, as we call it) is amazing. Although she left me a different impression last year, it changed eventually. And I thought my classmates were very hard to get along with but they really awesome.

Yesterday, I received my new cellphone. My dad bought it in Ayosdito.ph. It’s a pink Samsung corby. I thought it sucked at first because it’s not as sensitive and user friendly as my iPod touch but I learned how to operate it after a few hours.

I sold my old phone in MCS for 700php only. Yes, it’s that cheap because it’s from Canada and the camera wasn’t working anymore. T__________T

So much for the drama, I’m so happy with my new section and my new phone. And I hope I can still have time for blogging especially now that regular classes will start by Monday.
